While there’s been much talk about the Post-COVID world and a “new normal”, one thing for sure is that when Weightlifting gyms come back online it will be the responsibility of all users to make cleanliness and hygiene a high priority.
iSO LIFT provides the opportunity for AWF members to compete in a national tournament from home. Participants simply record their weigh-in and lifts, then register and upload the videos at the iSO LIFT page on the AWF website.

With a heavy heart and responsibility towards each and everyone the IWF Masters Executive Board and active Co-opted Members decided to cancel the 2020 IWF MASTERS World Championship in Orlando and to offer to the USA Masters committee to host the event in 2022, which was thankfully received by the USA Masters committee under Michael Cohen.
The tournament will be held on the 24th – 25th July. The 24th being the date of the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games had they been held this year. The entries are to be submitted on line during those two days.
